Delete your PortL account

This page deletes your PortL account (the PortL app, com.portl.link, and portl.click) and all the data linked to it. It happens straight away and can't be undone.

How to delete your account

In the PortL app, go to Settings > Account and sign out on every phone (otherwise a phone could sync your servers back).
On this page, press Sign in with Google and choose the same Google account you use in PortL.
Press Delete my account, then Yes, delete everything.

What gets deleted

Your saved servers (the list synced with the app)
Your favourites and likes
Every server you listed on Discover (public and private)
Recently viewed servers and site settings stored in this browser
Your PortL sign-in account (your Google account ID, email, name and picture)

What is kept

Reports you made about other servers are kept so moderation stays fair. They no longer link to any account. Email us if you want them removed too.
"Added to PortL" counts on server pages stay as plain numbers.
Remove Ads isn't affected: it's linked to your Google Play account, not your PortL account, so it keeps working (use Restore Purchase in Settings on a new phone).
Servers saved on your phone stay on your phone. To remove them, delete them in the app or uninstall PortL.

Nothing else is kept, and there's no waiting period: your data is deleted as soon as you confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email tuesday-ai@outlook.com from the email address of your Google account and ask us to delete your PortL account. We'll delete everything listed above within 30 days and reply to confirm.
